Arthur Roy Coleman, known as Roy, was the youngest of eight children born to Calvert Coleman and Sarah Westfall. Roy married three times. He married Myrtle Fitzgerald in 1905. It is unclear how that marriage ended. Roy and Florence Curtis married in 1909. They had two children, Dodd and Ruth. Florence died shortly after Ruth was born in 1913. Ruth was then adopted by Roy's sister Jennie and her husband Edgar. Roy married Margaret Paterson in 1916. They had
three children. The youngest, Jean, died in a car accident in 1923.
Roy died in 1932. |
