Walter Kipp
 (1776-1846)

Walter Kipp was born in New York State in 1776.  He married Sarah Lane and they moved to Michigan where they lived in Huron Township.  They had three children: James, Francis and Elizabeth.

Walter and his son Francis both died in 1846.  They are buried next to each other in Otisville Cemetery.

Walter was the father of Elizabeth Kipp, who was the mother of Sarah Westfall, who was the mother of Arthur Roy Coleman, making Walter the 3rd great grandfather of the children of Murray F. Coleman.
