Claud Edwin Coleman
 (1875-1915)

Claud Edwin Coleman was born on January 12, 1875, in New Boston, Michigan.  He was one of eight children born to Calvert Coleman and Sarah Westfall.

Claud married Jennie Maude Heath on June 26, 1894. They had seven children.  Claud ran a butcher shop, then tended to a livery stable, and later worked for several years as a blacksmith.

Jennie Maud Heath was born on December 3, 1878, in Chicago, Illinois.  Her parents were William K. Heath and Maud Gettins.
